- 7 single rooms, 28 double rooms, 11 triple rooms, 1 quadruple room provided with bunk bed; four communicating rooms present on two floors, one triple room and one double room per floor
- Only thirty-one rooms (behind and on both lateral sides of the hotel) are air-conditioned. In the other sixteen rooms (in the building frontage) fans are present
