House rules
Please present at the time of check-in an id card of all guest who will be staying, from two years upwards.
Places are not bookable, but one per room is guaranteed throughout the stay. The choice of the place can be made upon arrival among the free umbrellas at the moment. Use on the day of departure is excluded and we should check availability the day before, according to new arrivals, since we have an umbrella per room.
Please notify in advance and in writing at the time of booking any intolerances and/or allergies and/or particular diets. Otherwise, we do not accept no liability.
Regarding celiac disease, I would like to clarify that we DO NOT have a fully equipped kitchen, therefore, although we have never had some problems with celiac customers, I CANNOT guarantee absolute non-contamination. WE ARE NOT REGISTERED IN THE “AIC”.
Check-in in room: from 12:00 p.m. - Check-out: 10:00 a.m..
If our customers wish to stay beyond this time, the payment of the extension will be agreed, whenever possible.
Mealtimes: Breakfast 08:00 a.m. - 09:30 a.m., Lunch 12:45 p.m., Dinner 19:45 p.m.
The kind guests are asked to respect the meals times to ensure the respect of other guests and to fully enjoy food just come out from the kitchen.
The change of linen and towels is made every TWO nights, included arrival night. Our Dear Guests can respect Nature by helping to reduce the consumption of detergents, water and energy with a simple gesture: leave in the bidet (NOT ON THE FLOOR!) only the towels that really need to be washed. Nature will be grateful to You.
Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel.
To book, we need to have a written confirmation (email) and You need to pay a deposit (bank transfer) equal to 30% of the total stay to be paid within ten days of booking confirmation, The balance shall be made on site preferably on the day before departure.
- In case of no show, the deposit will be retained.
- In case of cancellation of the stay, the deposit will be retained and will remain usable, with the appropriate agreements, for other periods before the end of the following year.
- In case of early departure, we will treat an extra day of overnight stay.
