CANCELLATION POLICY

• In case of no show, the deposit will be retained.
• In case of cancellation of the stay, the deposit will be retained and will remain usable, with the appropriate agreements, for other periods before the end of the following year.
• In case of early departure, we will treat an extra day of overnight stay.

Regarding the children, please specify when booking confirmation

1. if the children need the cradle or they will sleep in the middle of the parents
2. if food for children will be provided by the parents or we will have to provide for them
3. if they need a specific menu
4. if they need to eat before the usual times
